Mosaic: A Story of Civilization is a civilization-building game by Glenn Drover, designer of Age of Empires III, Railways of the World, Sid Meier's Civilization: The Boardgame, and Raccoon Tycoon.
The Colossus edition of Mosaic includes all the components of the base edition, but also adds additional content to achieve the ultimate gaming experience:
- 3D resources with screen-printed images
- 75 metal coins, styled after ancient coins
- Player boards and double-layered scoring board
- 405 miniatures to represent each player's troops, each faction has its own custom troops, towns and cities, and Wonders.
- Other elements like Civilization Achievement cards or Golden Age are replaced with thicker punchboard elements.
All these components are stored in a larger box than the base edition, perfectly organized in plastic inserts that allow you to store all the game elements and have them ready for a new game quickly.
In addition, the rulebook and the solo mode cards, designed by Dávid Turczi, are included.
