Paper Oceans is a set collection game in which, on your turn, you must add a card to your hand, apply any possible effects that the cards grant you, and decide whether or not to end the round.
• Draw a card and add it to your hand.
• Apply the effects of the cards, if any.
• If you accumulate seven or more points, you must decide whether to immediately end the round or give your opponents the opportunity to accumulate more points.
