Santorini is a non-abstract re-implementation of the 2004 edition of the board game. Since its original creation over thirty years ago, "Santorini" has been continually developed, improved and refined by mathematician and educator, Dr. Gordon Hamilton. Santorini is a highly accessible, pure strategy game that is simple enough for an elementary school classroom, but with enough depth and content for even the most experienced players to enjoy: it is truly a game for everyone. Each turn consists of two steps: move one of your builders to a neighboring space on the same level; move up a level or down any number of levels; build a building level adjacent to the builder that has been moved. When you build on top of the third level, a dome is placed in its place, removing that space from play. What makes Santorini really special is its seamless integration of variable player powers into a pure strategy game. Dr. Hamilton has designed over forty themed gods and hero powers, drastically changing the way games are played
