4. The invulnerability of the Website or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted for it;

If the User becomes aware of the existence of any content that is illicit, illegal, contrary to the law, or that could infringe the rights of third parties, he/she must immediately notify Gameria so that it can proceed to the adoption of appropriate measures.
Gameria is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published on the Website from outside sources, nor for that contained in other platforms to which links from the Website. Gameria shall not be liable for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
Gameria will not be liable for causes beyond its control, among which may be listed in a non-limiting way: force majeure, Internet access problems, technological problems beyond the diligent and reasonable management of Gameria, actions or omissions of third parties, etc.. In all the cases referred to, beyond the control and due diligence by Gameria, there will be no compensation for Gasmeria to the User for damages, to the extent permitted by law.
8. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, all personal data collected during the use of the Website will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which every User must expressly accept in the event of providing personal data through the Website.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The regulations in force shall determine the laws that shall govern and the jurisdiction that shall be responsible for the relations between Gameria and the Users of the Website. However, whenever such regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a particular jurisdiction, for any litigation arising from or related to the Website, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the facts shall apply. Also, Gameria and Users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
