This new tenth anniversary edition is the perfect starting point to get started in Ascension; it gathers the essence of the first box published in English, but with new illustrations, a revised rulebook and a board specially designed to celebrate the ten years of life of the game.

Ascension 10th Anniversary Edition is a board game, with quick games, in which each participant starts playing with an initial deck of cards that will be improved and customized during the game.

When it is your turn to play, you will use your cards as resources to recruit new heroes and artifacts to your deck or to defeat the monsters that threaten Vigil for rewards. At the end of the game, the player who has collected the most honor points becomes the winner.

Contents: 100 black-bordered center deck cards, 41 silver-bordered "always available" cards (20 Mystic, 20, Heavy Infantry and 1 Sectarian), 40 white-bordered "starter" cards (4 starter decks with 8 Apprentice and 2 Militia cards each), 50 honor counters (25 large red and 25 small white), 1 game board
