It seems like you haven't seen the sky in years. The days go by monotonously working alongside your crewmates on a state-of-the-art submarine, surrounded by the immense ocean. You don't know if it's day or night, but a ping from your sonar bursts in to shatter this tense calm.
An enemy submarine has entered your sector, all hands to stations! The year is 2048. A new economic war has erupted. A rare mineral has become a key element in the construction of new war machines. Major private companies assemble advanced prototypes of new generation submarines to protect their underwater mines.
Beneath the calm waves, a silent war is taking place, and these new submarines, while lethal, are sometimes unstable and unpredictable. Get ready to dive into "Captain Sonar," a board game of submarine duels for two to eight players. All members of a team sit on one side of the table, and each has a particular role in the submarine.
One player could be the captain, who is in charge of moving the submarine and announcing some details of this movement, another player is handling the sonar in order to listen to the opposing captain's orders and try to decipher the location of that enemy submarine, a third player could be working in the armament room, preparing torpedoes, mines and other combat devices.
