Emotio is designed to enhance Emotional Intelligence. Through play, we will promote acceptance and communication to facilitate the development of good self-esteem, empathy, and appropriate social relationships.
Emotio allows working on the following Emotional Competencies:
- Emotional Awareness: becoming aware of one's own emotions, naming them, understanding others' emotions, and becoming aware of the interaction between Emotion-Thought-Behavior.
- Emotional Regulation: coping skills, competencies to generate pleasant emotions.
- Social Competence: listening, respecting, sharing, developing prosocial behavior, fostering assertiveness.
- Emotional Autonomy: positive attitude, self-esteem, self-motivation. It also allows reflecting on stereotypes and gender equality regarding emotions, thanks to its two characters.
