Gaia Project is a board game in the Terra Mystica line. As in the original Terra Mystica, fourteen factions will live on seven different planets, so for their development and growth, they must terraform the neighboring planets to make them habitable for their race in a tough competition against other players.
Additionally, Gaia planets can be used by all factions for colonization and transdimensional planets can become Gaia planets. All factions will be able to improve their skills divided into six different areas of development, these skills are: terraforming, navigation, artificial intelligence, gaiaforming, economy and research.
The development of these skills will allow to obtain certain technological advantages and special bonuses. The game area will be created by ten sectors, which will allow a variable configuration for each game, giving the game a wide replayability, greater than its predecessor "Terra Mystica". A new possibility to enjoy the successful mechanics of Terra Mystica, but now with a space setting, the game board is formed by ten sectors, allowing a random layout that guarantees a great replayability, improving on its predecessor. For two players, the board is formed with seven sectors instead of ten.
