Ora et Labora is a game for 1-4 players that can be played in a long or short version. Each player is the head of a medieval monastery that acquires land and builds buildings, small businesses that will obtain resources and benefits. The objective is to build an operational infrastructure and manufacture prestigious objects - such as books, ceramics, ornaments, and relics - to earn the highest number of victory points at the end of the game.
The game includes two rulebooks, one shorter and more narrative and another much more detailed. In addition, it also features a solo version that will allow you to try the game and familiarize yourself with its rules and mechanics.
