All the other players at the table play cards and argue to convince the operator to spare their lives and condemn everyone on the other track to a gruesome death.
Getting started is quick: everyone draws cards. One player from each team draws three innocent cards and another three from each guilty, finally another from each draws three modifier cards. Teams randomly play an innocent card drawn from the top of the deck.
Teams choose and play innocent card in their lane, then teams choose and play innocent card in their opponents' lanes, then modifier cards are played to anything in the lane. Each team must now defend the lives of the characters in their lane!
