The Slaughterhouse is a very special adventure by Andrés Ramos for two to four players set in the 1920s. It's special because it combines the mystery and dark conspiracy of the Cthulhu Mythos with the tough and thrilling life of the Mafia genre. And it does so in a way that is both fun and terrifying.
This adventure takes place in Chicago and Dearborn between 1924 and 1926. The player characters are agents of the Italian mafia who are tasked with finding out what is happening to their workers. This leads them to Henry Ford's factories, where they will realize that the thugs of their enemies are nothing compared to the threat of a dark cult and the dangerous power of an ancient god related to the Cthulhu Mythos.
