The locals of the island of Bali consider their home to be a world where gods and demons dwell. To appease their ancestors, rituals and offerings are commonplace and much of the harvest ends up in the island's shrines and temples. As a player, you will have to compete against others to get the most victory points. Your farmers will generate different goods in the fields. When a shrine is built, you must make an offering using your Offering Cards. It is important to keep a good relationship between the Offering Cards that you will keep at the end of the game and those that you will offer on the Altar, because the value of the offerings will change constantly during the game and only part of the information will be known by each player. Priests and Stonecutters will help you along the way, providing victory points and resources with which to improve your chances of victory.
