On the hill of Al-Sabika in Granada, the Nasrid dynasty developed one of the most impressive constructions in history, the Alhambra.
In Sabika, you will step into the shoes of one of the Nasrid nobles who contributed to the construction of the towers, gardens, and palaces of this ancient monument. In addition to this honorable task, you must establish trade routes throughout Europe and the Maghreb that provide you with enough income to meet the demanding tribute imposed by the Christian kings in exchange for certain military protection against the various conflicts between the Taifas Kingdoms.
Sabika implements an innovative mechanic that integrates three related rondels. Each round focuses on a different aspect of the game: the construction of the Alhambra, the carving of poems in its halls, and the export of goods along trade routes. All of this takes place over 5 epochs (rounds), and at the end of the fifth and final round, the player with the most prestige points will emerge victorious.
